- Children must be accompanied by an adult at all times
- Whale Cruise is Not recommended for travellers with back problems
- Whale Cruise is Not recommended for pregnant travellers
- Whale cruise advises : No heart problems or other serious medical conditions
- Most travellers can participate
- This experience requires good weather. If it’s cancelled due to poor weather, you’ll be offered an Alternative on the day.
- This experience requires a minimum number of travellers. If it’s cancelled because the minimum isn’t met, you’ll be offered a different date/experience or a full refund.

- Less than 14 days notice to your tour departure,You are able to reschedule your tour,This will not be refunded but held as a credit.
- Cancellations or rescheduled requests lodged within less than 7 days from departure date are not entitled to any refund
