**IN A DAY - Jervis Bay**
IN A DAY - Jervis Bay is committed to providing excellence and quality in all services offered to our clients. This document outlines our ongoing obligations in regard to this commitment. These policies intend to guarantee you the best experience. By booking or participating in a tour or any related product/service with IN A DAY - Jervis Bay, you agree to these terms and conditions by default.
**BOOKING CONDITIONS**
Please take the time to read these booking conditions carefully prior to booking a trip with us, as these conditions detail the basis on which IN A DAY - Jervis Bay accepts bookings. Do not make any booking unless you understand and agree with the following terms and conditions. The contract will be governed by and subject to these booking conditions and general information provided in IN A DAY - Jervis Bay’s brochures, trip letters, and website.
The fulfillment of any booking is conditional on IN A DAY - Jervis Bay securing the minimum number of bookings required to operate the respective tour. IN A DAY - Jervis Bay reserves the right to cancel or suspend a scheduled departure where sufficient attendance is not achieved.
**CODE OF CONDUCT**
IN A DAY - Jervis Bay’s team of professional staff prioritises customer service, and customer safety is of paramount importance. All passengers of the trip are expected to behave responsibly and accept the direction and authority of the guide/s. We expect our passengers to behave with courtesy and respect towards each other and staff members. Passengers must not express discriminatory behaviour or language towards other passengers or IN A DAY - Jervis Bay staff. Our products and services are inclusive of all demographics of age, race, culture, nationality, gender identities, and sexual orientations, and by extension, passengers are expected to share this mutual respect.
IN A DAY - Jervis Bay reserves the right, without payment or compensation, to require any tour participant to withdraw from or leave the tour, if in the opinion of any IN A DAY - Jervis Bay representative, the passenger’s behavior, physical, or mental condition may endanger the health, safety, interests, or welfare of themselves or any other passenger. IN A DAY - Jervis Bay will not be liable for any expense resulting from the decision to preclude the participant from completing the tour for any such reason.
**SALES AGREEMENT**
Tours and services must be paid in full at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed. In the case of tours and services lasting (1) days or more, a non-refundable deposit may be charged (at IN A DAY - Jervis Bay’s discretion) to secure the booking until full payment is received. Full payment must be completed prior to tour departure. Pre-paid passengers must provide relevant proof of payment before embarking, and failure to comply with this condition may result in the refusal of any prepaid passenger to embark. All tour reservations are subject to availability.
All deposits are non-refundable. IN A DAY - Jervis Bay accepts card payments only. Cash will not be accepted on the day as payment.
**RESPONSIBILITY**
While IN A DAY is committed to the care of all tour passengers, the passenger agrees to indemnify IN A DAY - Jervis Bay and its guides and staff in relation to any liability, loss, and damage of property, personal injury, or sickness or death arising as a direct or indirect result of any tour activities. IN A DAY - Jervis Bay is not responsible and disclaims liability for any delay or change in itinerary of schedules, additional expenses, inconvenience, or irregularity incurred during the tour relating to the supply of transportation, accommodation, entertainment, facilities, meals, or other services.
**ITINERARY VARIATIONS**
IN A DAY - Jervis Bay will endeavour to adhere to published/stated departure, arrival, and general travel times but reserves the right to alter its schedules and services where and when necessary, in unforeseen circumstances such as breakdowns, delays, pick-ups, arrival and departure times, or weather-reliant activities booking.
**TRANSPORTATION POLICY**
IN A DAY provides transport to all activities available in our portfolio. We will be utilizing our own vehicle to take you to and from our dedicated meeting point in decided on each private tour. We are not liable for any late arrivals to the decided meeting area. Late fees apply.
** LATE FEE**
The date and time decided on can vary and change. With our flexibility of different pickup and drop off locations, it is crucial that you are on time at the location decided on. A late arrive fee will be charged and no reimbursement for the activities missed. Time is lost at your own expense, It will finish at the original time.
**CANCELLATION POLICY**
To cancel or amend a tour booking, please email us at inadaysouthcoast@gmail.com lodge a refund claim. Please note that rescheduled trips are not entitled to a refund. Please email us at bookings@inadayoutings.com.au to discuss alternative arrangements.
All deposits are non-refundable.
Notice of Cancellation:
- For multi-day tours:14 days
- For day tours*: 14 days, You are able to reschedule your tour, 8 days prior to the tour departure. This will not be refunded but held as a credit.
*Cancellation requests lodged within less than 7 days from departure time are not entitled to any refund.

IN A DAY - Jervis Bay will be under no obligation to make refunds when passengers miss any part of the tour (including sightseeing), do not use the accommodation provided without notifying us, or leave the tour after it has started.
**COVID CANCELLATION POLICY**
We understand that travel plans have been impacted by the spread of COVID-19 and various government travel restrictions. However, any tour that requires cancellation due to COVID-19 restrictions will not be entitled to any refund.
All vehicles are undergoing additional cleaning and sanitization after every trip. Passengers experiencing flu-like symptoms will not be permitted to embark on the vehicle or participate in the tour. If a passenger experiences any flu-like symptoms during the tour, they must notify the guide/s immediately. If a passenger has booked a tour and falls ill, they must contact our team to advise as soon as practicable.
**VOUCHERS**
7-day cancellation rights do not apply; no refunds or exchanges permitted. Voucher valid only for date and time listed; may not be exchanged or redeemed for other dates. Purchaser name and phone number must be provided at checkout; the tour operator for purposes will see this information solely to order fulfillment. No promo codes may not be used for this offer. Voucher Terms of Sale do not apply. See the tour operators terms and conditions for this offer here. Offer is not eligible for our promo codes or other discounts.
Vouchers must be paid in full to receive an e-voucher online. You can select what day you would like your receiver to get the email voucher. To purchase A tour, You select a voucher code, type the individual code in. Vouchers can be used for Tours, private bookings and Merch.
Do not share your individual code with anyone. IN A DAY is not liable for any loss of vouchers.
**ACCESSIBILITY**
While IN A DAY is committed to the care of all tour passengers.
Our tours are in nature and cannot predict weather and land variations. We cannot safely provide tours for Person/s of extra mobility needs or accessibility restrictions.
Expect that there are NO Lifeguards on duty. At IN A DAY Swimming is at your own risk. If you are not able to swim,you will be expected to put yourself near or in any position of danger near water. If you go against these requirements, you can be asked to leave the tour. Not listening to guides or putting yourself in danger is an immediate reason to be asked to leave the tour. This action will not result in any refund or credit.
Alcohol or Illegal drug use on Tours is prohibited. Kids need to be supervised by guardians at all times and is the guardians responsibility during the tour.
