Where do I get picked up from?We will pick you up from your Accomodation within the Shoalhaven region (60km from Jervis Bay). Enquire below if you are outside this area.

Can I bring a camera or phone to take photos?Yes, Of Course! Don’t forget to tag us in any photos and videos when posting them online!

Are tours suitable for all ages?Sometimes- Depending on the nature of the tour. Make prior arrangements to organise car seats.

Are tours accessible or wheelchair friendly?Unfortunately not. As we are in natural terrain, it is unpredictable and we cannot guarantee safety for those with accessible and extra physical needs.

Can we bring our own food?Yes. However, unfortunately we do not allow any food or drink to be consumed in our vehicles. Any spills or stains will result in a fee.

What is the best time for whale watching?May - November

Can anyone swim?Confident swimmers should only enter any body of water on tours. As our beaches are not life guarded, it is essential to be responsible for your own safety or of any minor that is with you. See our T&C's for more information.

How many people can join a tour?11 Guest are able to join at a time. 4 Guest minimum per tour.

Are small group bookings available?All our tours are exclusively available as small group bookings, ensuring a truly immersive experience. With no other participants (excl. Whale and Dolphin Cruise), the day is entirely yours to enjoy, making it a more personalised and valuable adventure. Our prices are based on a 4 person minimum. If your group is under 4, fill out an enquiry form to get in touch.
